Moose Harvest: Moose Fire Preparation

In this series of videos, Wāpastim shows us how to clean, singe, and prepare moose nose, chin, and large intestine so that it’s ready for further cooking. These parts, including the heart, are considered to be delicacies and are traditionally used in ceremonies and feasts.
